If attending before school tutorials – please have your student eat breakfast before they arrive, or allow them to bring a snack. Students may not bring food from the cafeteria to the classrooms. The official start time for morning tutorials is 8:00am. Some teachers are available prior to 8:00am by request of the parent only. Teacher contact information is on the backside of this letter for you to make arrangements and schedule alternate time if available.
If attending after school tutorials – transportation is not provided. The official end time for after school tutorials is 4:30pm. Parents must notify the teacher regarding how the student will be going home. Some teachers are available after the 4:30 pick up time by request of the parent only. Teacher contact information is on the backside of this letter for you to confirm transportation and schedule an alternate pick up time if available.
